What pandemic production looks like with Tiny Oak Media

Christie Goshe

We prioritize making the safest productions possible. Right now, remote production is the best way to ensure zero transmission.

Remote production can include:

  • scripted professional voiceover

  • licensing stock

  • re-using existing footage and photos

  • self-shooting interviewees

  • custom shot b-roll captured at home (e.g. product photography/cinematography)

As much as we all love looking at Zoom, sometimes we just have to do it in-person.

On-site shooting options:

  • outdoors with 12 or fewer individuals

  • face masks required; on-camera talent removes masks only when camera is rolling

  • location must allow for adequate and ample physical distancing

  • custom shot b-roll captured outdoors

A lot is still possible. Here’s every flavor of what we’ve been up to since the start of the pandemic:

Oakland Unified School District's Early Childhood Education Sites Reopening video (for when it actually happens) was shot in-person outdoors with help from the family and school who captured photos indoors.

Produced entirely remotely in June 2020, this storytelling video combines a remote video interview, existing photos, and custom b-roll product shots to form the origin story of Teas With Meaning and the magical tea lady who runs it.

Dog Supplements Made Better. Produced by Tiny Oak Media and featuring Wild Earth's team, this was produced entirely remotely in fall 2020.
